This is a career-long professional learning (CLPL) course to develop teaching & learning strategies in a chemistry-specific context. The course will develop skills in:

o Questioning

o Improving learning from practical work

o Explanation of new concepts

o Using findings from cognitive science research

o Improving learners’ skills in chemical calculations

o Developing science-specific literacy

o Giving effective feedback

Attendees will attend 7 online sessions over the course of the 22/23 school year (after school), put their learning into practice, and share the impact with other attendees.
